BIOGRAPHY

Tiffany is passionate about helping her clients find workable solutions for their business and real estate legal issues, and believes that the prosperity of local business owners means prosperity for the entire community. Licensed to practice in both Texas and Arkansas, she focuses her practice in the areas of business and corporate law, contract drafting and negotiation, and real estate, but she is ready to face many of the other challenges that come with advising small business owners and entrepreneurs as well. Tiffany joined Capshaw Green in 2015 after graduating law school, and is proud to call Texarkana her home. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and young daughter and, on most Saturdays in the fall, you will find her cheering on the Arkansas Razorback football team.

Community Involvement

On Wednesdays at noon you can usually find Tiffany at Wesley Hall in Williams Memorial Methodist Church attending the weekly Kiwanis Club of Texarkana meeting. Tiffany has been a member of the Club since September of 2016, serving as Secretary from 2017 through 2019. She has been elected to serve as Vice President for the upcoming fiscal year (2019-2020), and enjoys serving with her fellow Kiwanians to uphold the Kiwanis International motto, “Serving the Children of the World,” by focusing on helping children in Texarkana and surrounding areas. Tiffany has also been selected for the 2019-2020 class of Leadership Texarkana, a local leadership program.
