Josh’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and tax law, where he helps clients to make informed and purposeful decisions that will pass on values and protect assets through generations. Josh works hard to develop a relationship and to tailor each plan to the needs of each client.
In addition to his legal work, Josh has experience in theme park management and private client banking. Josh has also served as an Executive Director of the Special Olympics of Utah to design programs to help improve the health of individuals with disabilities and as a full-time volunteer missionary in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from 2003 to 2005.
Josh and his beautiful wife, Ciera, are the proud parents of five adorable children. Josh grew up in the Seattle-Tacoma area in Washington State, where he developed a love of organizing community events, camping, making music, and following Seattle sports.
