Tina R. Green is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law and Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Ms. Green was named as one of the Texas Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters Service published in Texas Monthly, for 2012 through 2018, and has been included in The Best Lawyers in America© in the practice area of Trusts and Estates each year from 2010 through 2019.

Ms. Green’s professional activities include or have included serving as: Treasurer of the Real Estate Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas; Chair of the Probate Law Committee of the Real Estate Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas; Chair of the Tax Section of the State Bar of Texas; Chair-Elect of the Texas Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Tax Section of the State Bar of Texas; and Member of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Exam Commission of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Green is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs, and she has authored a number of articles related to estate planning, probate, and estate taxes.
Licensed to practice law in Texas and Arkansas, Ms. Green is a graduate of the University of Arkansas (B.S.B.A in Finance and Banking) and Texas A&M University-Texarkana, formerly East Texas State University (M.B.A.). Ms. Green earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
In addition to Ms. Green’s professional accomplishments, her community involvement includes her service as: Director of the Arkansas Community Foundation Board; former Chair of the Executive Committee of the Economic Development Council for the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce; Member of First Baptist Church Texarkana; and Member of Friends of the Foundation of Christus St. Michael.
